Axia Women’s Health will expand its presence in Washington Township after signing a lease expansion for a 10,000-square-foot space at Washington Square Town Center.
Adam Rose and Brett Davidoff of Rose Commercial Real Estate represented both parties in the sale of 707 Haddonfield Berlin Road in Voorhees. The 7,500-square-foot standalone medical office is fully leased with two long-term tenants and was purchased by local investor Morris Starkman.
Cushman Wakefield helped broker a deal between the Piperno family and NorthBridge Partners for the sale of the Moorestown Distribution Center. The 272,682-square-foot site sold for $23.25 million.
