American Heritage Credit Union has launched two homebuyer programs designed to assist first-time buyers. The annual First Front Door grant and the First-Time Homebuyer Credit promotion could help members receive as much as $5,500 in combined funding and closing cost credits.


The Deptford Township Board of Education has awarded a $25 million contract to New Road Construction Management Company for construction at both their middle and high schools. This past summer, the company upgraded the school district’s HVAC systems and will next focus on renovations and additions to the middle school, including new classrooms, new offices and more. The project is slated to be completed by September 2022.


NAI Mertz has announced the sale of 103-105 West Park Drive in Mount Laurel after assisting the buyer, Faropoint, with the transaction. Faropoint is a fully integrated industrial investment firm that owns and manages a diverse portfolio of stabilized properties. The firm also recently completed a 100,170-square-foot industrial lease on an under-construction building located in Haines Industrial Park in Burlington as well as a 54,250-square-foot industrial building lease on N. Lenola Road in Moorestown.


Dermody Properties, of Nevada, is slated to begin construction late this year on LogistiCenter at Woolwich, a 154-acre industrial project that will consist of three buildings spanning 262,200, 552,585 and 336,700 square feet of Class A space.


Wolf Commercial Real Estate (WCRE) has moved to a larger headquarters in Marlton at One Holtec Drive. With locations also in Philadelphia and King of Prussia, the new South Jersey home will double WCRE’s office space.


Scrub Daddy, the company started by Voorhees’ Aaron Krause, recently purchased a 116,284-square-foot building in Pennsauken for $10.7 million. It will be a new home for the brand that was made famous after appearing on ABC’s Shark Tank. NAI Mertz represented building owner, Seyon Group, in the sale.

Mid Atlantic Retina will be one of several health care specific tenants that will be housed at Washington Square Town Center in Washington Township with a targeted opening slated for the spring.

Colliers International brokered the sale of a 16,000-square-foot warehouse/flex building in West Berlin. Velocity Venture Partners made the acquisition, their second property at the location and third recent purchase in South Jersey.

Vantage Commercial will be the exclusive listing broker for the Camden Library redevelopment project. The 25,000-square-foot Class A office and retail redevelopment project will include a ground floor restaurant and both office and retail space. The conversion of the historic building is expected to happen by the second quarter of 2022.
