Sun National Bank named Albert J. Celini (pictured) as executive vice president and chief risk officer. Celini will oversee credit, operational and market risk management and work closely with Sun’s legal and compliance teams to manage and mitigate regulatory risk.

Delco Development, LLC hired Meghan Lafferty Goins as the new regional director of sales and marketing for the Hotel Division for Delco Development. The Willingboro-based company has five luxury hotel properties under its ownership.

Lichtman Associates Real Estate, LLC, located in Cherry HIll, welcomed new employee Nina Davenport. She brings extensive experience rehabbing and flipping properties.

Rowan University appointed Haddonfield Board of Education President Steven D. Weinstein as general counsel and vice president for governmental relations. Weinstein practiced law out of Haddonfield’s Florio Perrucci Steinhardt & Fader.

Flaster/Greenberg PC recently announce that attorneys John W. Fried and Lee M. Epstein, formerly name partners of Fried & Epstein LLP, joined the firm as shareholders effective Jan. 1, bringing with them two New York office locations, a nationally known Policyholders Insurance Coverage Practice, a White Collar Criminal Defense Practice, and more than 50 years of combined legal experience. Fried, who will work in Flaster/Greenberg’s New York offices, is a member of the Insurance Coverage Counseling and Litigation for Policyholders Practice Group and serves as head of the White Collar Criminal Defense Practice Group. Epstein, who will work in the firm’s Philadelphia office, is a member of Flaster/Greenberg’s Insurance Coverage Counseling and Litigation for Policyholders Practice Group and Litigation Practice Groups.

Masso-Torrence Wealth Management, of Marlton, was selected for the third consecutive year to receive the “Philadelphia 2012 Five Star Wealth Managers” award. The 2012 Five Star Wealth Managers, an elite award representing less than 7 percent of the wealth managers in the Philadelphia area, identifies wealth managers that score highest in overall client satisfaction. In addition, Christopher Masso and John Torrence, managing partners, have both earned the distinction of being consistently nominated to the 401kWire 300 Most Influential Advisors as well as being selected as Five Star Best in Client Satisfaction Wealth Managers in the Philadelphia area.

The Builders League of South Jersey announced its new executive officers for 2013. Charles M. Kojeski, of Kojeski Construction in Voorhees, will serve as president of the League.

Atrium Executive Center, a Mount Laurel center for furnished offices, meeting space, business services and virtual offices, announced plans to open a second location at Two Tower Center Blvd. in East Brunswick. Two Tower Center Blvd. is conveniently located off of Exit 9 of the N.J. Turnpike and is close to Route 1 and Route 18. Atrium tenants will have use of both locations.

1st Colonial Bancorp Inc., the holding company of 1st Colonial Community Bank in Collingswood, announced an increased stock dividend of five percent. All issued and outstanding shares will receive the dividend and be payable on April 15. Gerard M. Banmiller, the CEO and President of 1st Colonial, reported an increase of $466,000 between September 2011 and September 2012.
