Vantage Commercial announces that Ken Richardson, executive director at Vantage Commercial, represented Smith Publicity with their new 3,300-square-foot office lease within the Cherry Hill Plaza building along Route 70.
Markeim Chalmers helped facilitate the deal to bring Cooper University Health Care to the site of the Moorestown Mall as it undergoes further transformation. Cooper will transform the 165,000-square-foot space that was formerly Sears into a new state-of-the-art specialty care facility. The new health center is expected to open in 2023.
Adam Rose, president of Rose Commercial Real Estate, represented area restauranteur Ramualdo Lamberti in sale negotiations for one of his properties and its liquor license. Rose also worked with another restaurant owner, Steven Lin, to secure a location in Maple Shade as the business owner looks to relocate from Mount Laurel.
Ventnor-based Specialty MedConsultants has signed a new lease to open a new location in Cherry Hill in the Colwick Business Park, according to Wolf Commercial Real Estate (WCRE). WCRE’s Sean Kelly represented the medical group in the transaction.
