Ian Richman and Marc Isdaner of Colliers International’s Mount Laurel office represented Puratos Corp. in the sale of 8000 National Highway in Pennsauken. Patrick J. Kelly Drums, a provider of sustainable storage products, purchased the 29,418-square-foot warehouse facility. This is the third time Colliers has sold the property and its third completed transaction in Pennsauken this year.

NAI Mertz announced that Andrew Johnson, sales associate, and Jonathan Klear, senior vice president, represented South Jersey Glass and Door in the sale of 2732 S. West Blvd. in Vineland to Eastern Lift Truck. The 22,920-square-foot industrial property features 14 private offices, an outdoor storage area, 10 electric grade level drive-ins and more.

Vantage Real Estate Services represented Les Treize Chats, LLC in the sale of its Camden investment portfolio, which consisted of four locations—retail stores, an occupied warehouse, a parking lot and a vacant lot. Aran Ploshansky, director of operations, and Nick Liggio, sales associate, helped facilitate the sale of the Federal Street portfolio to a local businessman.

Kevin Burns, senior vice president of Markeim Chalmers Inc., represented Hutchinson Engineering, LLC in the sale of its property at 116 N. Haddon Ave. in Haddonfield to Haddon Equities, LLC. The 6,400-square-foot, multi-tenant facility—a mix of office and retail space—sold for $750,000.
