Vantage Real Estate Services (RES) represented the following businesses in recent transactions:
• Tripp Sound LLC in the signing of a long-term lease with the relocation of its warehouse and offices to Moorestown West Corporate Center, located at 102 Commerce St. in Moorestown.
• Ken’s Family Barbershop in its acquisition of a second retail location at Eastampton Place West in Eastampton.
Additionally, Vantage RES secured a lease for Altum Chiropractic, a neurologically based chiropractic center, at Towne Center at Short Hills located at 484 Evesham Road in Cherry Hill, as well as A Beautiful Touch, a wedding accessory boutique, for its newest location at Centrum Shoppes, located at 219-221Haddonfield-Berlin Road in Cherry Hill.
Colliers International represented Velocity Ventures in the acquisition of a 28,000-square-foot warehouse facility at 6970 Central Highway in Pennsauken.
Strategic Funding Alternatives, LLC announced the acquisition of East Gate Business Center on Gaither Drive in Mount Laurel. The eight-building business center is a combined115,733 square feet of office/flex space.
Wolf Commercial Real Estate represented McHugh Engineering Associates Inc. in the leasing of 2,372 square feet of office space at1950 Route 70 located in Cherry Hill.
