National Integrity Title Agency (NITA)
recently announced the relocation of its corporate headquarters to 1 Holtec Drive in Marlton. NITA is also launching Closing Café—a high-tech shared work environment that includes a combination of open work space and glass enclosed conference rooms, as well as complimentary hot and cold beverages and food items.
 
Markeim Chalmers represented the following businesses in recent transactions:
• Easton Coach Company in the long-term lease of a 47,670-square-foot office flex/warehouse building in Cherry Hill
• James Muller, owner of a two-story freestanding office building at 61 Kresson Road in Cherry Hill. The buyer, Glamm Holdings LLC, will take over the first floor and continue renting the second floor suites.
 
Rose Commercial represented the following businesses in recent transactions:
• South Jersey Gastroenterology in the renegotiation of its lease of a 9,000-plus-square-foot medical office facility at 406 Lippincott Drive in Marlton
• John DiPietropolo in the purchase of a 22,000-square-foot, one-story medical office building at 813 East Gate Drive in Mount Laurel
 
Vantage RES represented Edward Jones in the signing of a long-term lease of a 1,900-square-foot office in Marlton.
 
Marcus & Millichap recently announced the sale of Gladiator Portfolio II, a three-property, 95-unit apartment portfolio for about $5.7 million. The portfolio sale represents the second phase of a seven-property sale totaling 189 units. All seven properties are located in Bellmawr, Burlington and West Deptford.
 
Cushman & Wakefield recently completed transactions with Phenix Salon Suites, including their first three New Jersey locations—one of them Cherry Hill. 
 
The Kislak Co. recently announced the transaction of a 326-unit multifamily portfolio for $24.5 million. It consists of the following properties: Upper Deerfield Estates with 67 units at 23 McCormick Blvd. in Bridgeton, Polo Ridge apartments with 64 units at 1210 N. Route 130 in Burlington Township and Regency House with 195 units at 304 Erial Road in Sicklerville.
 
Atkins Companies and Woodmont Properties partnered on a transaction with Rothman Orthopaedic Institute, totaling over 20,000 square feet at a medical building located at 243 Hurffville-Cross Keys Road.
