Envision Consultants, Ltd. In Mullica Hill has named Samantha S. Safara as it’s new marketing manager. The women-run construction firm provides project and construction management to local businesses.
The Mount Laurel-based National Association of Professional Organizers has named Ellen Faye as the industry member director. Faye, a business productivity and organizing specialist, owns and operates Ellen Fay Organization in Cherry Hill.
Cherry Hill’s John B. Kearney has been named a trustee of the Association of the Federal Bar of New Jersey. Kearney is a partner in the litigation department of Ballard Spahr.
Newfield National Bank’s senior vice president and chief lending officer Brian W. Jones has been elected vice president and affinity group chairperson of the South Jersey chapter of Risk Management Associates. Jones has previously served on the board of the RMA Philadelphia chapter.
The New Jersey chapter of Business Networking International has named Jane Coralluzzo, the CPA of Jane Coralluzzo, Professional Corporation in West Deptford, to the chapter’s membership committee. Coralluzzo has previously served as the chapter’s president and educational coordinator.
Former Archer & Greiner, P.C. associate David A. Weinstein has been promoted to a firm partner. Kerri E. Chewning, who joins Weinstein at the firm’s Haddonfield office, has been named a trustee for the Association of the Federal Bar of New Jersey.
M Financial Planning Services of Marlton has welcomed Edward Garruto as a financial advisor. Garruto has previously served as the CFO of Tropicana Casino and the general manager of a Caesars Entertainment property.
Joseph Fisicaro Sr. has been appointed to the New Jersey State Board of Education. Fisicaro, of Evesham, previously served on the board of education for the Lenape Regional High School District in Burlington County.
The YMCA of Burlington and Camden Counties has announced the addition of William Barker, of Moorestown, to its board of governors. Barker is the owner and founder of William Barker Management Consulting, Inc.
Washington Township resident Patrick Taggart has been hired as the new vice president of commercial lending at Columbia Bank. Taggart will serve the South Jersey office of Columbia, primarily Burlington, Camden and Gloucester counties.
Jill Palacki, a member of the Burlington Camden County Association of Realtors, has joined Prudential Fox & Roach Realtors in Haddonfield as a sales associate.

The Association of New Jersey Chiropractors has named Dr. Mike Kirk as its first vice president. Kirk, of Moorestown, founded Performance Health & Chiropractic in Moorestown.
Kathleen Carter, Ed.D. , former vice president for academic affairs at Burlington County College, has joined the staff at Immaculata University as an associate professor of organized studies and the coordinator of the university’s new doctoral program in higher education.

Joshua Anthony has joined Campbell Soup Co. at its Camden headquarters as vice president of global nutrition and health. He reports to George Dowdie, senior vice president of Campbell Global Research and Development.
Helene Burns, formerly assistant vice president of clinical services at Kennedy University Hospital in Stratford, has been promoted to vice president.
The Moorestown Friends School Committee has appointed four new members to its board of trustees. Toni Proffitt Brown, of Mount Laurel, and Moorestown residents Mindy Holman, Peter Cronk and Nick Smith will help form the 21 trustee members responsible for school management and policies.
Moorestown Township Council has selected local resident Scott Carew as the new township manager. Carew previously served as the Eastampton Township manager and will be taking over for Chris Schultz, who resigned in May.

The Water Research Foundation has awarded a $150,000 grant to American Water Works Co. Inc. , of Voorhees, for research regarding lowering contaminants in water storage tanks. The grant will help pay for labor, research and other related costs.
Unison Site Management, of New York, has signed a $1.8 million agreement with Medford Township for cell site leases, which allows the township to outsource management requirements for tenants.
Marlton-based Lipinski Outdoor Services, a nationally recognized commercial landscaping and snow removal business with a presence in more than 25 states, has been sold to L2 Capital Partners of Radnor, Pa. Robert Lipinski, founder and owner of more than 35 years, made the decision to sell to devote attention to Dynamic Defense Materials, LLC, which he founded in 2004. All Lipinski employees have been retained.
Alloy, Silverstein, Shapiro, Adams, Mulford, Cicalese, Wilson & Co. , an accounting firm in Cherry Hill and Hammonton, was recently recognized by the American Heart Association for being a top participant in National Wear Red Day 2011 at both the national and state levels. With a total donation of $7,715, Alloy Silverstein was in the top 50 contributors in the country, the No. 1 Wear Red team in South Jersey, and the state’s top contributing accounting firm.
Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, the Mid-Atlantic Region’s largest retailer of closeout, surplus and salvage merchandise, opened a new store at 1001 Church Road in Cherry Hill. Ollie’s has 111 stores, including one in Egg Harbor Township, in 12 states.
Angelo Breaux, owner of Family Jewelers, has opened 110 square feet of new sales space in the store’s Marlton location for a Pandora Jewelry boutique. This adds to the 3,200 square feet of space the store, in business 75 years, reached in 2005.
Commercial real estate and appraisal firm Markeim-Chalmers, Inc. , of Cherry Hill, recently completed negotiations of several commercial sales and leases in Burlington, Camden and Gloucester counties. Representing more than 72,000 square feet, the deals involved office and retail sites, plus a 27-unit apartment complex.
Attorney Anastasius (Tassos) Efstratiades spoke at the World Trade Center of Greater Philadelphia’s quorum “From Entrepreneur to Exporter: Accelerating the Growth of Technology, Life Science, and Environmental Companies.” Efstratiades, partner at both the Philadelphia and Cherry Hill offices of Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel LLP, discussed how to structure transnational agreements.

TD Bank will be relocating 40 of its TD Wealth Division jobs to South Jersey. The back-office positions located all over New England will now be located in Cherry Hill in an attempt to centralize operations. The move will be complete by February.
The law firm of Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel LLP, a full-service law firm based in Philadelphia with an office in Cherry Hill, has created an E-Discovery and Information Management Practice Group in response to the growing need of businesses to meet e-discovery obligations. The group consists of 13 attorneys, from various disciplines, and IT professionals. Obermayer partner Mathieu J. Shapiro leads the practice group.

Hill International, a Marlton-based project management firm, has received a subcontract from TDX Construction of New York to provide construction management services for the expansion of the State University of New York’s (SUNY) Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, N.Y. The $3.5 million, six-year contract is for the first four phases of the project.
Direct marketing firm and letter shop Small Business Service Center has been acquired by holding company Davant Corporation. The Maple Shade company runs under principals and Haddonfield residents John and Sandy Testa.
