What makes you the best at what you do?
Workplace focuses on giving a client the experience they want. … We approach our clients from the perspective that we are a true human capital management firm. Instead of going and asking, “Who’s doing your payroll?” we’re coming in and asking things like, “How are you hiring people?” “How are you tracking their time?” and “How are you enrolling them in benefits?”’ That’s called the employee life cycle. We’re not trying to be our competition. We’re selling a learning experience and educating our clients.

How did Workplace become so successful?
Through hard work and dedication—overcoming adversity and sticking together. The vision has always been that we have to grow and be the best at what we do. We lead with this vision—if we’re going to do this, we’re going to be the best at what we do and lead by example.
