Real Estate Round Up
Vantage Commercial announced a new retail lease at Sharps Run Shopping Center in Medford, welcoming Struggle Monkey Cafe to the property, occupying 1,400 square feet.
Keystone Equity Partners announced the acquisition of David Nicholas Building & Property Maintenance, a Southern New Jersey luxury residential property manager. Terms of the deal were undisclosed.
Colliers has arranged and brokered the sale and joint venture of approximately 11 acres of land along the Black Horse Pike at Watson Drive in Turnersville between the Seller, EML Holdings and the Buyers, an affiliate of Retail Sites, LLC for 3.25 acres of the site and Turnersville Kia for 8.29 acres of the site.
Plans for a two-building self-storage facility on Mantua Boulevard in Gloucester County received land use approval last month. The project will need to return before the Mantua Land Use Board at a later date for full site plan approval.
Health Care Round Up
The Cooper Foundation recently celebrated the ribbon-cutting of its new Teen Lounge at the Children’s Regional Hospital at Cooper. Improvements to the space were made possible thanks to a $21,450 grant in partnership with the Alicia Rose Victorious Foundation and the Ravitz Family Foundation.
The New Jersey Department of Children and Families announced that the Family Connects NJ program—the state’s Universal Nurse Home Visiting program—has been expanded to support more families welcoming home a newborn in six new counties. Families in Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cape May, Monmouth and Salem counties can now schedule a free home visit from a specially trained registered nurse. The program is already available in Gloucester County.
Deborah Heart and Lung Center is set to receive $850,000 in federal funding to help improve its cardiac monitoring technology.
