WCRE recently celebrated two transactions in Camden County. For the first, the real estate firm exclusively represented TOMMAR LLC in leasing a 3,919-square-foot office space at 56 Haddon Ave., Haddonfield; the second was successfully leasing 1,600 square feet of retail space at Berlin Plaza, located at 175 Route 73 S., Berlin.
Rose Commercial Real Estate recently announced that it represented Kingsway Learning Center (KLC) in a successful two-part transaction, which included finding a suitable buyer for the education facility’s roughly 33,000-square-foot building in Moorestown while simultaneously securing a long-term lease for KLC at a freestanding, 20,000-square-foot building at 6000 Lincoln Drive, Marlton.
