Wolf Commercial Real Estate (WCRE) announced that it has exclusively represented seller Davis & Associates in the recent and successful investment sale of the 50,400-square-foot, multi-tenant office at 8000 Sagemore Drive, Marlton. The firm also recently and exclusively represented landlord Bergman Real Estate Group in leasing a 2,500-square-foot building at Cherry Hill’s Barclay Farms Shopping Center, 1409 Marlton Pike.
It was announced last month that Vantage Commercial had represented seller Charles Chang when tire distributor Allen Rubber Co. purchased his 42,000-square-foot property at 1271 Little Gloucester Road, Blackwood. The Blackwood location is part of Pennsylvania-based Allen Rubber’s expansion into New Jersey.
