
South Jersey Industries (SJI) presented a $39,080 check to the South Jersey Chapter of the American Association of Blacks in Energy last month as part of its annual employee giving campaign, in addition to announcing its 2025 commitment of donating $49,930 to provide ongoing support to the organization’s mission. Toward the end of March, SJI’s annual employee giving campaign also supported the donation check totaling $46,026 presented the Southern New Jersey Chapter of the American Red Cross.
The Berlin-based Riverview Landscapes is continuing to expand with its recent announcement of acquiring three South Jersey businesses: Elite Landscaping in Berlin, On-Site Landscape Management in Millstone and McHugh’s Landscaping in Delran. The acquisitions will add more than 150 employees to its team, and all three companies will be managed by their existing management.

It was announced last month that certified public accountants Gold Gerstein Group LLC has merged with Stephano Slack, one of the region’s largest accounting firms. This new partnership will allow for an expansion of services and enhanced capabilities from the same Moorestown office.
NJ TRANSIT has announced its plans for new enhancements to the customer experience at key transit hubs that include Camden’s Walter Rand Transportation Center. Those improvements began with the March 3 introduction of Station Care teams increasing the frequency of their cleaning efforts, as well as enhancements to both lighting and signage.
