
Wolf Commercial Real Estate (WCRE) recently celebrated two local transactions. In the first, it exclusively represented both the seller and buyer in the sale of 111 E. Main Street, Maple Shade, a 3,200-square-foot mixed-use building; the second was the successful lease of a 1,200-square-foot office space located at 100 Haddontowne Court, Cherry Hill.
Vantage Commercial announced two of its successful closings last month. It represented the seller in the sale of a roughly 13,398-square-foot office building at 100 N. Black Horse Pike, Williamstown, and represented both the seller and buyer in the transaction of 705 Hopkins Road, Haddon Township.
Last month, it was announced that Camber Real Estate Partners, in a partnership with Invesco Real Estate, acquired a five-building industrial portfolio that includes 6 Berry Drive, Hainesport, as well as 110, 120, 130 and 140 Mount Holly Bypass, Lumberton. The property totals 384,335 square feet.
