Vantage Commercial celebrated two successful off-market transactions this month. In the first, the full-service commercial real estate firm facilitated the sale of Plaza 73, a neighborhood shopping center located on Route 73 in Marlton. In the second, it represented both the buyer and seller in the sale of Holly Bush Carwash and Laundry at 133 E. High St., Glassboro.
Last month, Wolf Commercial Real Estate (WCRE) announced that it had exclusively represented seller Prime Venue LLC in the retail-investment sale of a 6,000-square-foot shopping center at 7 Tomlinson Mills Road, Medford. WCRE also recently represented Bregan, LLC, seller of the 20,000-square-foot Cherry Hill office building at 1934 Olney Ave.
