Wolf Commercial Real Estate recently announced two local transactions. The real estate brokerage represented both the buyer and seller in the sale of a flex property at 2540 Oldmans Creek Road, Swedesboro, and also represented both the landlord and tenant in leasing a roughly 1,600-square-foot retail space at 202 Route 130 N., Cinnaminson.

On April 10, Vantage Commercial announced that it had successfully closed on a trio of commercial properties in just one day. Those properties were: a 912-square-foot space at 1 Britton Place, Suite 2, Voorhees; a 1,000-square-foot free-standing former dental office at 103 White Horse Pike, Laurel Springs; and a 2,500-square-foot location at 659 Levitt Parkway, Willingboro.
