Wolf Commercial Real Estate (WCRE) has exclusively represented the sale of a vacant Jefferson Health-controlled Kennedy Property Corporation, a roughly 27,000-square-foot, three-story building at 1099 White Horse Road, Voorhees.

WCRE also exclusively represented Panda Exteriors in its office expansion at 1 Holtec Drive, Marlton, increasing that leased space from 2,547 square feet to 4,258.

Vantage Commercial recently announced that it secured a long-term lease with Boaggio’s Bread for space with The Ellipse Shopping Center at 4201 Church Road, Mount Laurel.

Procida Funding & Advisors announced last month that it has selected the McCann Team of Keller Williams as its agents for a Cherry Hill development that includes 251 units of age-restricted homes at the Plaza Grande. Delivery is anticipated to be this summer.
