Wolf Commercial Real Estate (WCRE) represented Advanced Pain Consultants in leasing a new location at 701A Route 73, Marlton, from Nessell Development Corporation, as well as the sale of 110 Richardson Ave., a roughly 11,000-square-foot office located in Swedesboro. On Dec. 19, commercial real estate brokerage firm Vantage Commercial announced the successful signing of Dollar Tree as the anchor tenant at Berlin’s Bloom Circle Shopping Center. Last month, it was announced that Community Investment Strategies has secured about $9 million in state funding for Heritage Village at Moorestown, located on Centerton Road, which is slated to provide 82 units of 55-and-older affordable housing.
