Adam Rose, president of Rose Commercial Real Estate, recently negotiated the sale of 121 Route 73 S., Voorhees, a nearly two-acre parcel of land that sees an average traffic count of more than 40,000 per day. A Take 5 car wash is planned for the site. Rose Commercial also represented both sides in the recent long-term negotiations for another Voorhees property, the 7,000-square foot office at 400 Laurel Oak Road, Suite 101A, when it was time for Relievus to relocate its headquarters.
Last month, Vantage Commercial announced two successful Cherry Hill leases for the office space at 1939 Route 70 E. The location’s Suite 120 has been secured by the Camden County Bar Association, while Suite 260 will be occupied by a prominent behavioral health group.
The private-equity firm Aspen Real Estate recently acquired nearly 83,000 square feet of commercial space in Burlington Township, including a 57,600-square-foot building at 6 Terri Lane initially developed for warehousing that the firm has listed for sale. A second building at 2 Terri Lane is 65% leased and offers 25,000 square feet of office space.
