Cooper University Health Care’s Innovation Center recently signed a partnership agreement with an emerging technology firm to test the deployment and implementation of an AI-powered technology that can identify undiagnosed cases of early-stage Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias. DigiCARE Realized, an Old Bridge-based, virtual-first tech company, commercializes evidence-based solutions to modernize caring for complex brain diseases like Alzheimer’s.

Early last month, the two-story, 27,390-square-foot Inspira Health Sciences Center opened in Deptford. The facility will house the new respiratory therapy program—offered through a partnership with Rowan College of South Jersey (RCSJ) and Inspira Health—as well as new Health Sciences Center labs, the current RCSJ exercise science program, and the future medical technician and surgical technician programs.

Recently, Wolf Commercial Real Estate (WCRE) exclusively represented Flynn Avenue Associates, LLC, in the sale of 605 Glen Ave., Moorestown, to 605 Glen, LLC. This industrial/flex property, located in the Moorestown Industrial Park, is about 52,000 square feet and sits on approximately 8.72 acres.

Virtua Memorial Hospital Burlington County, Inc., d/b/a Virtua Health, has also appointed WCRE as its exclusive marketing agent in the sale of a roughly 110-acre landsite location at 1919 Burlington-Mount Holly Road, Westampton.
