WCRE was the exclusive representation in two Burlington County leased properties last month.
One was for a franchisee of the national health and wellness company Prime IV Hydration, which leased a 1,600-square-foot storefront in Marlton’s Greentree Shopping Center, located at 892 Route 73.
The other is a 5,069-square-foot suite in Moorestown, located at 302 Harper Drive in the East Gate office park, which will provide more space to Posternock Apell, PC, once the law firm moves from its longtime Church Road space.

Last month, Vantage Commercial announced the signing of a five-year lease agreement with Royal Revolution All Stars, LLC. The cheerleading program’s new home will be at 109 Black Horse Pike in Blackwood, the former Palace Catering site recently converted to a flex space, offering roughly 8,000 square feet of space.
Vantage also announced another successful lease late last month, as RLS Logistics relocated both its satellite offices and corporate headquarters to the two-story HFM Office Building at 102 High St., West Glassboro, which offers 5,773 square feet of space.
