square feet of office space at 523 Fellowship Road, Mount Laurel; an office building with 63,545
square feet of space situated on 5.65 acres of land at 3 East Stow, Marlton; and a 34,000-square-foot industrial building at 326 South Wade Boulevard, Millville.
Vantage Commercial has announced that the headquarters for SeriousShops.com, a collection
of thousands of specialty-item stores, is relocating to a 20,721-square-foot warehouse and office
space at 7055 Central Highway in Pennsauken. Last month, Vantage also announced the sale of a roughly 6,400-square-foot industrial building in Swedesboro, located at 701 South 2nd Street.
