Vantage Commercial recently announced the relocation of Workplace HCM’s Marlton headquarters to One Greentree Centre at 10000 Lincoln Drive E. The 2,700-square-foot, Class A office space will accommodate the company’s growth. Vantage also assisted with another recent relocation, helping Destination Imagination secure a lease for its new headquarters in the Blackwood Medical Center at 141-153 South Black Horse Pike, an 880-square-foot space.
Rose Commercial’s Director of Business Development Jeffrey Lucas represented both parties in the transaction of 14.66 acres of vacant land on Route 130 South in Delran. The land was newly rezoned for luxury apartments, which should break ground later this year.
NAI Mertz was the sole broker in Velocity Venture Partners’ three long-term flex-industrial leases last year, and continued to act as the exclusive leasing broker. The trio of leases totals 40,000 square feet in Marlton’s Velocity Business Park and includes Germany-based temperature-control technology firm Lauda-Brinkmann, corrugated packaging company Westrock and food-service equipment distributor Schmid Dewland Associates.
