According to real estate firm Colliers, Court Street Ventures purchased the 22,500-square-foot warehouse at 353 Crider Ave. about a year ago; the property was then sold to Quinlan Development Group and Atrium Real Estate Group. The property has undergone an extensive renovation over the past year and, before the sale, had been leased to medical supplies distributor Yzer.

Vantage Commercial recently announced a series of new transactions including the sale of a free-standing, 4,200-square-foot office building located at 41 Kings Highway N. in Cherry Hill.
