Vantage Commercial has announced the sale of a medical condo, located at 1 Britton Place. The medical and professional complex located off Burnt Mill Road was purchased by Lena Chen of Meridian Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, LLC. Elsewhere, Vantage has announced the sale of an office building and lab along Allison Drive in Cherry Hill to Hudak Infrastructure.
Wharton Industrial, a platform of the real estate investment firm Wharton Equity Partners, has acquired six industrial properties in Southern New Jersey, located in Pennsauken and Cherry Hill, totaling 280,000 square feet. Rose Commercial Real Estate has negotiated the sale of three office buildings in South Jersey, totaling $2.3 million. The deals include a 10,000-square-foot office/warehouse space in Maple Shade, a 6,205-square-foot office in Cherry Hill and a 4,000-square-foot medical office in Collingswood.
