 New Road Construction Management recently completed two significant projects in Burlington County. The company provided full-time, full-scope project and construction management services to the Maple Shade School District for a recently completed $40 million construction program within all four schools. New Road also concluded work on the new $8 million Medford Township Town Hall and Library. Municipal offices are located on the second floor while the Pinelands Branch Library is expected to relocate to the first floor in the fall.

 

Whitesell Co. has sold three industrial buildings in South Jersey for approximately $48 million. The three properties, fully occupied and located in Burlington, Pennsauken and Mount Laurel, were all purchased by High Street Logistics.

 

Vantage Commercial announced a new office lease at Cherry Tree Corporate Center, a Class A building, on Route 38 in Cherry Hill. HomeServices Insurance, a wholly owned subsidiary of HomeServices of America, Inc., an affiliate of Berkshire Hathaway and one of the largest independent residential real estate brokerage firms in the United States, will relocate to a 5,619-square-foot space that is being fully renovated to meet their needs. Vantage’s Monica Walsh, director of client services, negotiated the deal between the landlord and the new tenant.
