Inspira Medical Center Elmer, Virtua Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital and Virtua Voorhees Hospital
have been named to Newsweek’s 2020 Best of Maternity Hospitals list. This distinction honors facilities that have excelled in providing care to mothers and newborns verified by The Leapfrog Group, a national nonprofit organization that reports on the safety and quality performance of U.S. health care facilities.
 
The American College of Cardiology has recognized Cooper University Health Care for its expertise and commitment in treating patients receiving transcatheter valve repair and replacement procedures withACC Transcatheter Valve Certification. Cooper is the first hospital in the Delaware Valley to be awarded this certification.
 
Inspira Health will provide personal protective equipment (PPE) to Kingsway Regional School District at a cost-effective price to help safely open their schools.
 
“Sneakers for Heroes” and Streetwear and Sneaker Retailer Concepts showed their appreciation for medical professionals at Cooper University Health Care by donating more than 1,000 pairs of shoes to resident physicians who fought on the frontline during the COVID-19 pandemic. The donation was made possible by Dr. Michael Post, a fifth year Fellow in the Division of Pulmonary/Critical Care Medicine.
 
Inspira Health celebrated its newest health center, Inspira Health Center Sicklerville. The 19,000-square-foot facility offers six services, including primary care, rehab services, imaging, lab, sleep and balance.
