Virtua Health has promoted Catherine Hughes, MSN, MHA, RN, NEA-BC, to senior vice president and chief nursing officer.
 
Parker McCay has promoted Steven P. Goodell and Brett E.J. Gorman to shareholders.
 
Deborah Heart and Lung Center announced the following promotions:
- Suzanne Campano, vice president, support services
- Christine Carlson, vice president, government and community relations
- Tara Hankins, vice president, surgical service line
- John Hill, vice president, pulmonary service line
- May Kane, vice president, cardiology service line
 
Dewberry announced the following promotions:
- Lisa Peterson, PE, PLS, CME, has been promoted to associate vice president and serves as business unit manager
- Walter Bronson, PE, CME, LEED, AP, has been promoted to associate and serves as land development department manager
- Kirtesh Ladwa has been promoted to transportation department manager
- Robert Telschow Jr. has been promoted to interim survey department manager

PCH Technologies has promoted Kimberly Biglin to chief relationship officer, in which she manages business development, sales, marketing, account management and event planning.

CBRE has named Kevin Dudley senior vice president.
 
1st Colonial Bancorp Inc. and its subsidiary 1st Colonial Bank have announced Robert White as the new president and chief executive officer. He succeeds Gerard Banmiller, who is retiring.
 
Friedman LLP has named partner Michael Sacco to its management committee.
 
Duane Morris LLP named two new partners in its Cherry Hill office—Peter Vasalli is part of the firm’s corporate practice group and Adam Berger is a member of the firm’s trial practice group.

Rutgers University—Camden Chancellor Phoebe A. Haddon announced she will step down from the position at the end of the 2019-2020 academic year and return to the school’s law faculty July 1.
 
John DiAngelo, Inspira Health president and CEO, announced his intention to retire at the end of 2020. Most recently, DiAngelo led the planning, approval, development and opening of the $356 million state-of-the-art medical center in Mullica Hill. He joined Inspira in 2000.
 
Additionally, the New Jersey Hospital Association honored DiAngelo with its Distinguished Service Award. This honor recognizes a health care leader who has demonstrated strength, integrity, professionalism and a relentless commitment to a health care system.
 
Capehart Scatchard’s shareholder Joseph F. Betley, Esq. has been named to the firm’s executive committee.
 
This month marks Wolf Commercial Real Estate’s (WCRE) eighth anniversary.
 
Hyland Levin Shapiro LLP’s partner Julie M. Murphy has been elected to serve on the board of directors for the Chamber of Commerce Southern New Jersey.
