Jim Dever has been chosen to succeed retiring Tom Woodward as Bank of America’s Philadelphia market president. Dever was also named the global commercial banking market executive for Pennsylvania, South Jersey and Delaware.

Bowman & Company has promoted three of their valued colleagues. Carolyn M. Havlick, CPA, RMA, CMFO and Andrew W. Sosna, CPA were promoted from managers to senior managers. Jeff R. Crosley was promoted from marketing coordinator to marketing manager. All promotions were effective July 1.

Linwood Board of Education Business Administrator/Board Secretary, Terri Weeks, has been named president of the New Jersey Association of School Business Officials for the 2016-17 school year.

Majken Mechling has been hired as the Mid- Atlantic Region of the American Diabetes Association’s region vice president. Mechling brings over 30 years of not-for-profit management with her to the company.

Kennedy Health has named Susan Krum, Au.D., the new executive director of Kennedy Health Alliance and assistant vice president of population health. Krum comes to Kennedy from Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick. In her new role, Krum will be responsible for providing executive leadership for all components of the health network.

Archer & Greiner, P.C.’s board of directors unanimously voted to extend the terms of President Christopher R. Gibson and Chief Operating Officer Stacey J. Sinclair. The two will serve an additional three-year term in their current positions.

The YMCA of Burlington and Camden Counties has promoted Linda Davis to director of operations, Jennifer Segelken to vice president of strategic advancement and Danielle Wiest to executive director of child care and camp.
