Eric Larson (pictured) was promoted to senior vice president and team builder for business lending at Investors Bank. He is responsible for establishing a greater commercial lending presence in central and southern New Jersey.

The New Jersey Association of Health Underwriters (NJAHU) named Geneva Moody its president. The NJAHU is a statewide organization that represents licensed health insurance agents, brokers, consultants and benefit professionals in New Jersey. Moody has been active for six years, formerly as the president of the South Jersey chapter and then on the state level she served as vice president, president-elect and secretary.

Ballard Spahr named John B. Kearney managing partner of its Cherry Hill office. Kearney, who has been with the firm for a decade, specializes in class actions, commercial litigation, environmental litigation, product liability and toxic torts.

Erica S. Gonzalez joined Flaster/Greenberg PC as the firm’s new director of legal recruitment and professional development. Formerly with TD Bank, N.A., she will be responsible for the firm’s attorney recruitment initiatives as well as the identification of professional development needs in accordance with firm business goals, practice needs and the strategic growth of all six office locations.

Scott C. Hofer also joined Flaster/Greenberg PC as shareholder and member of the construction, litigation and real estate departments. Hofer concentrates his practice on complex litigation matters, including construction and commercial litigation, as well as contract formation and administration, commercial leasing, real estate and surety law.

Wells Fargo named Marcus Cobbe, a 19-year company veteran, as the head of small business strategy for the Northeast, including New Jersey, New York and Connecticut. Cobbe will partner with 4,700 team members working in 461 Wells Fargo community banking stores across the region to implement plans to raise awareness to small business owners of the products and services the bank offers.

Devan Theiler recently joined Cordell & Cordell, the nation’s largest domestic litigation firm, focusing on representing men in family law cases. Theiler was hired as an associate attorney and will be working out of the Mount Laurel office.

Reger Rizzo & Darnall LLP announced the addition of two new partners to the firm’s franchise and distribution practice—Harris J. Chernow and Steven Kapustin.

Jeffrey L. Nash announced his resignation after nearly 30 years with the law firm of Cozen O’Connor. Nash will continue his career and start a new law firm in Camden. The Nash Law Group is a full-service, general practice law firm, focusing on the advancement of community-based projects, revitalization and redevelopment of neighborhoods in Camden, southern New Jersey and the Philadelphia region.

TD Bank named Robert A. Zupp senior vice president, head of government banking product management. Zupp has 34 years of commercial banking experience and will continue to oversee product management for government banking in Mount Laurel.

Alloy Silverstein announced Reynold Cicalese III, CPA, MST, a Marlton resident, and Julie Strohlein, CPA, a Delran resident, have both been promoted to managerial positions.

John Zabinski was named senior vice president for university advancement for Rowan University. Aside from this position, Zabinski will also serve as executive director of the Rowan University Foundation.

The Rutgers University Alumni Association (RUAA) named Timothy Farrow, Esq., co-founding partner of the Moorestown-based law firm Dash Farrow, LLP, its board chair. In this position, Farrow will have authority over the association’s affairs and will strive to further its mission of keeping alumni engaged with the university.

Stephen M. Geria joined Marlton-based Hyland Levin LLP as counsel to the firm. Formerly with Parker McCay, Geria practices in the areas of business planning and tax, estate planning and administration, business counseling, and corporate transactions.
