News & World Report’s Best Medical Schools for Primary Care and Research . Accounting firm WilkinGuttenplan is part - nering with Rowan Universityto support a post - baccalaureate certificate of accounting CPA Apprenticeship Program , a collabora - tion designed to offer aspiring accountants a pathway to their license via both hands - on experience and academic excellence . On April 24 , the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountantsawarded a total of $ 190,000 in scholarships to 27 college students and 13 high schoolers . Local recipi - ents represented Washington Township and Northern Burlington County Regional high schools , Stockton University and Rowan University . Rutgers Universityand King Saud University in Riyadh , Saudi Arabia , signed a letter of intent on April 27 , which establishes a frame - work for the two institutions ’ collaboration in public policy research and executive educa - tion .
