American Water named Cheryl Norton as president of New Jersey American Water and senior vice president of the American Water Eastern’s Division, and James Merante as vice president and treasurer American Water also announced an expanded role for Brian Chin, senior vice president of strategic financial planning.

Dilworth Paxson LLP has announced that partner Edward “Ted” F. Behm Jr. has been promoted within the partnership ranks of the firm, while attorneys Stephanie Searles VogelBenjamin W. Spang and Ira N. Glauber were elevated to partners. Additionally, Dilworth Paxson added Victoria Reider to the firm’s banking and financial services and corporate and business development practice groups.
 
Jeff Geoghan has been named marketing manager for Coldwell Banker Preferred, responsible for the company’s 10 offices in the Greater Philadelphia region and Delaware Valley.
 
Michael Innis-Thompson has been named senior vice president, head of national community lending for TD Bank’s residential lending business. Innis-Thompson will oversee strategy and development of the community mortgage sales process and expansion of enhanced product offerings catering to the diverse TD Bank client base, as well as ensure compliance with regulation in the mortgage lending space.
 
Neurologist and researcher Dr. Tudor Jovin has joined Cooper University Health Care as chief and chairman of Cooper Neurological Institute. He is board certified in neurology and has additional board certifications in vascular neurology and critical care neurology.
 
Talha Shaikh, MD, MBA, was recently appointed the medical director of radiation oncology at Lourdes Medical Center of Burlington County.

The Virtua Breast Care Center has been granted a three-year accreditation from the National Accreditation Program for Breast Cancers (NAPBC) for the fourth year in a row. With offices in Moorestown and Voorhees, the Virtua program is one of four NAPBC-accredited breast centers in South Jersey.
 
Former Campbell Soup Company president and chief executive officer Denise Morrison has been elected to the Quest Diagnostics board of directors.
 
The Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) has recognized eight Pepco Holdings employees with Technology Transfer Awards for their innovative work on projects to advance the customer experience at Atlantic City Electric, Delmarva Power and Pepco. EPRI gives the awards annually to energy company employees who have explored and implemented innovative technologies on behalf of their company and the industry.
