Comings, goings, hirings, retirings and more in South Jersey.

United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey has restructured some of its leadership positions, naming Marlton’s John Emge (pictured) as vice president and regional executive director. In addition, Alice Woods is the new regional director of impact, and Ilise James will serve as regional director of resource development.

James B. Kehoe will serve as president of New Jersey operations for Tonio Burgos and Associates, Inc.

Rhonda R. Feld, an attorney with Moorestown’s Sherman Silverstein, has been appointed chair of Burlington County College’s Foundation Scholarship Committee.

Jessica M. Anderson has joined the litigation department at Capehart Scatchard in Mount Laurel.

Wolf Commerical Real Estate has hired Brian Propp, former Philadelphia Flyer, as director of strategic relationships. Propp will be responsible for introducing the firm to new markets and industries in an effort to grow the business.

Harry J. Kane Jr. has joined the law firm of Greenblatt, Pierce, Engle, Funt and Flores. Working as a senior associate, Kane will bring his 26 years of expertise in civil litigation to the firm, working in the Philadelphia office.

TD Bank has promoted Mercy Anne Martin as its new senior vice president, audit director in finance and corporate services. The new role will include conceptualizing and executing audit activities for U.S. finance, corporate services and capital management business segments. Martin was previously the bank’s senior audit group manager and has nearly two decades of banking and finance experience.

Kennedy University Hospital has announced the election of three new medical staff officers. Dr. Todd P. Levin has been elected chief of staff; Dr. Henry Schuitema as vice chief of staff; and Dr. Mark Schuster has been named treasurer.

Whitesell has promoted Terrance J. Huettl to the role of executive vice president. Previously, the Moorestown resident served as the real estate development company’s vice president of development and joined the organization in 1997.

TierPoint has announced that Tim Cody is their newest senior sales executive. Cody will focus on new business development in the local market, bringing more than three decades of experience to the position.

Construction project management and consulting firm GREYHAWK has promoted three to new roles in the company. Robert J. Dinan will now serve as project executive, Gwyneth L. Linus has been named managing consultant, and Peter S. Vosbikian has taken on the position of senior managing consultant.

Todd Way and Matthew Doonan have been appointed to senior leadership positions with Inspira Health Network. Way is now the executive vice president of operations for the network while Doonan is now in-house general counsel.
